XTEP International Holdings Limited, a trailblazer in the multi-brand fashion domain, established itself in 2001 with its flagship brand, XTEP, boasting a vast business network encompassing over 7100 stores. Amidst the explosive expansion of XTEP Vietnam, the exigency for a dynamic office space became imperative, leading to the creation of a vibrant and functional workspace.
Design Philosophy: Functionality Meets Simplicity
The office exudes a simplistic design that seamlessly integrates with the functional requisites of a versatile working environment. Entirely enveloped in felt carpet, the office features a gray backdrop accentuated by a variation in the density of red-orange squares, intelligently demarcating distinct functional areas.
Reception Area: A Symphony of White, Black, and Abstract Art
The reception area, a square expanse, is defined by three gypsum partitions in minimalist white tones, juxtaposed against a striking black open ceiling system. A long gray felt sofa provides a comfortable waiting area for customers, while an abstract painting harmonizing with the brand identity adds an artistic touch.
Main Meeting Room: Minimalist Flexibility for Optimal Utility
The main meeting room is a testament to the optimization of space for multifunctional use. APES Design employs a minimalist and flexible furniture system, comprising a set of four long desks with wheels and 20 chairs, also on wheels. This design facilitates effortless mobility, allowing employees to swiftly rearrange the space as needed. A ceiling filing cabinet system in the corner ensures convenient storage for common documents.
Secondary Meeting Room: Efficiency in Compact Design
The smaller meeting room, surrounded by three frosted glass sides, is purposefully designed for brief discussions, minimizing ancillary furniture items. Tables and chairs are the focal points, emphasizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness without compromising functionality.
Pantry: Prioritizing Employee Well-being
Demonstrating XTEP's commitment to employee well-being, the pantry area features a diverse array of tables and chairs strategically positioned for various group sizes and needs. The vibrant orange-red hues, from chair upholstery to color patches on the mural depicting the Hanoi map, infuse a youthful and modern ambiance. The entrance, welcoming and open, is juxtaposed with multicolored frosted glass adorned with a diamond-shaped aluminum frame, adding a touch of contemporary sophistication.
Director's Room: Modesty and Proximity
Reflecting XTEP's corporate values of modernity, equality, and professionalism, the director's room is arranged modestly and in close proximity to the employees. The cohesive design philosophy ensures that, regardless of hierarchy, every corner of the office resonates with the company's ethos.
In essence, the XTEP office emerges as a harmonious fusion of modern aesthetics and functional efficiency, a testament to APES's prowess in crafting workspaces that embody the spirit and culture of the brands they serve.
