In 2024, APES accompanied Tolead Logistics on their journey to build an office at Noi Bai Airport, Ha Noi. And in 2026, APES is once again fortunate to collaborate with this valued client.
As a logistics company headquartered in Shanghai, Tolead continues to choose APES to develop its workspace at Noi Bai Airport, Ha Noi, with a clear challenge: a modest footprint that still needs to achieve high finishing standards, operational efficiency, and deliver a better day-to-day working experience.
The project moodboard was built around a warm minimalist design language, featuring light wood tones as the dominant material, combined with glass elements and neutral colors to create a workspace that is both professional and approachable.
What makes this project special lies in how APES invested in finishing quality and spatial experience:
✈ Carefully selected premium materials, from wood-grain vinyl flooring and imported carpets to office furniture, ensuring durability and long-term user comfort
✈ A modern lighting system featuring LED lighting and intelligent spotlights that allow lighting intensity and color temperature adjustments across different areas, helping maintain comfort and improve concentration
✈ Glass partition solutions and an open layout were implemented not only to optimize space and improve connectivity, but also to address strict requirements regarding security, circulation, and fire safety standards specific to the Noi Bai Airport area
✈ Green touchpoints and warm materials were integrated into the space to reduce the “rigid” feeling often associated with logistics environments
Although the Tolead Logistics office project is not large in scale, it demonstrates that office quality can come from attention to detail and smart, logical investment solutions.
