When working on the 12th-floor, Public Bank Securities Vietnam Office at Hong Ha Center, we remained true to this mindset. The journey of bringing the workspace to life was defined by creativity, adaptability, and a spirit of inspiration – moving beyond conventional approaches.
Throughout the process, the team faced several challenges, particularly with importing materials from abroad, which required flexibility in both scheduling and construction methods. Leveraging our proven coordination experience and project management capabilities, APES proactively revised the timeline and implemented alternative solutions to ensure on-time delivery.
Here, the brand’s signature red became a design element in itself – used sparingly but intentionally to deliver strong visual accents throughout the space.
The final outcome is a workspace that balances two seemingly contrasting values: professional discipline and the openness needed to encourage communication and human connection
