HIVELAB VINA, a pioneer in digital transformation innovation, has unveiled its state-of-the-art office at Taisei Square Tower in Hanoi, Vietnam. This workspace, designed by APES Design, embodies the company’s commitment to elegance, functionality, and its core values. Through meticulous attention to detail, APES Design has created an environment that seamlessly blends aesthetics with practicality, fostering creativity and productivity.
A welcoming first impression
The entrance is designed to be both professional and inviting. A sky-inspired LED lighting system illuminates the ceiling, contrasted by sleek black wooden wall panels. The centerpiece—a large-format television—serves as a dynamic display for company updates and branding, leaving a lasting impression on visitors and employees alike.
Integrating Korean aesthetics
Infused with Korean cultural elements, the office incorporates thoughtful features like two massage rooms located near a pantry designed to resemble a modern café.
The HIVELAB Lounge, a central gathering spot, reflects the company’s dedication to creating a healthy, engaging workplace. Exposed ceilings with carefully arranged pipes and equipment add a sense of openness, while elongated glass doors enhance the airy and relaxing ambiance. This lounge provides employees a serene retreat after work hours, elevating their overall experience.
Spaces for collaboration and innovation
To cater to a workforce of nearly 200 employees, the office includes a variety of collaborative spaces:
The boardroom is equipped with modern digital tools to support both large meetings and training sessions. Flexible wheeled training desks allow for easy reconfiguration, while wall-mounted writing glass panels enhance collaborative discussions in other meeting spaces.
Private spaces with a modern touch
Managerial offices are designed to reflect sophistication and minimalism. These spaces are tailored to the specific work habits and needs of their occupants, ensuring optimal functionality and productivity. The CEO’s office is a highlight, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that offer breathtaking city and lake views. Clean white walls and glass partitions create a bright and uncluttered atmosphere, while wooden flooring adds a touch of warmth. A custom-designed wall cabinet, combining low storage units with adjustable stainless steel frames, serves as both a functional and elegant showcase.

The electrical and air conditioning systems are optimized for efficiency, while versatile lighting configurations ensure a harmonious and adaptable environment.
