In line with Heineken's objective, “We brew the joy of true togetherness to inspire a better world," APES created a freshly designed working space that translates this vision into a functional, people-centered workplace. Every detail was designed with a strong emphasis on experience, collaboration, and positive inspiration.
Strategically located in the heart of Da Nang, the Heineken Sales Office was developed to faithfully reflect the brand’s core values while incorporating local context. Subtle references to the coastal environment and regional cultural identity were carefully included to create a workplace that is both unique and contemporary.
The spatial layout promotes openness and connectedness, fostering cross-team interaction and cooperation. Heineken's iconic green hue is used regularly across the office, underlining the brand's ideals of enjoyment, enthusiasm, and inventiveness. In addition, using sustainable materials reflects a shared commitment to responsible design and long-term positive impact.
Graphic elements and a well-planned lighting strategy combine to improve visual clarity, spatial coherence, and overall user experience. At APES, we believe that a well-considered workplace plays a critical role in supporting employee engagement, productivity, and long-term satisfaction.
Multifunctional spaces were created in response to diverse working needs, allowing for multiple working styles and types of cooperation. Both APES and Heineken believe that a high-performing workplace should value individuality while offering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all employees.
