FedEx Express is the leading international express delivery company in Vietnam. With a branch network of more than 200 countries and territories globally, it always meets all express shipping solutions from Vietnam to other countries and vice versa.
The office that APES designed and constructed is the first office in Hanoi, FedEx Trade Networks. All regulations and standards regarding design and brand identity must strictly comply with FedEx Global's set of rules.
The construction area is also relatively spacious and square, creating a concentrated space, with a working area in the middle and surrounding functional rooms. This strategic placement facilitates fluid communication and idea exchange, essential components of FedEx’s innovative endeavors.
The reception area is in an elegant minimalist style with long rows of comfortable sofas for waiting customers.
Because of business essence, it requires 3 meeting rooms with different sizes: 2 big meeting rooms for official meetings and 01 small meeting rooms for quick discussion.
The open working area embodies the essence of Fedex's collaborative culture. Here, employees engage in their daily tasks within a vibrant ambiance, fueled by the harmonious blend of brand-inspired hues. The highlight here is the L-shaped desk system. This design helps increase working area, employees can freely change positions and viewing angles. Combined with a high partition system, to ensure privacy and reduce noise.
In essence, the architectural setting of Fedex encapsulates the company's values of efficiency, professionalism, and innovation, serving as a testament to the seamless integration of design and functionality.
