The transformation of office spaces, whether through building from scratch or renovating existing structures, is a perennial debate in the realm of office design. APES, through its ambitious renovation project for ESOFT Vietnam, has ventured into the heart of this discourse, attempting to strike a delicate balance between efficiency, comfort, and aesthetic appeal. With a workspace spanning over 1000 m² across three floors, the challenge was not only to optimize the physical space but to create an environment that respects individuality, promotes equality, and focuses on human development.
The Vision: Embracing Differences, Fostering Equality
ESOFT Vietnam, after nearly 15 years of successful business, embarked on a bold journey to redefine its workspace. The primary goal was to ensure efficiency, comfort, and aesthetic appeal coexisted seamlessly. Inspired by interior styles from Northern Europe, APES envisioned a workspace crafted from natural wood materials and light tones, radiating a modern and simple vibe. The elegance was to stem not from external flashiness but from the quality of materials and furniture, prioritizing employee comfort and safety.
A Palette of Elegance: From Gray to Vibrant Branding Colors
The color palette of the renovated office is a carefully orchestrated symphony of gray, white, and black, providing a sophisticated foundation for the vibrant branding colors of orange and green, the signature hues of ESOFT Vietnam. Natural wood materials and carpet fabrics, along with fabric curtains, are seamlessly infused to bring warmth and positivity to the bright and airy space. This harmonious blend of colors and textures creates an environment that is not only visually pleasing but also conducive to productivity and well-being.
Front-desk
The front-desk area sets the tone for the entire workspace. The intimate lounge is comfortably furnished, providing a welcoming space for waiting clients. The design ensures that the first impression aligns with ESOFT's commitment to hospitality and professionalism.
IT room
The private area for the IT department exudes a different type of energy with its muted colour palette and simple and functional office system furnishings. The community vibe is intentionally fostered through carefully selected elements and ceiling-mounted televisions. With full focus on the free movement, comfort, connection yet privacy, this flexible set of group-3-desk is a fusion of design and functionality. Especially, the desks are adjusted to be foot-lift, in which you can move the surface of the desk up or down quickly and with ease, creating the optimum positioning.
Freezone
When you need freedom to think creatively and want those big ideas, this dynamic Free Zone gives you that freedom and support to succeed . It is a testament to ESOFT's commitment to nurturing creativity within the workplace.
Meeting Room
In today’s workplace, conference rooms are challenged with shrinking size as well as the need to adapt to evolving technologies. Our installation of sound-proof wall panels, technology-support tables and well-organized electricity wire routes helps to broaden the space, bring people together beautifully.
Chillout
For any organization, office comfort is a major factor that can influence the outcome of new business ideas and various projects. Our custom-made sofa brings the “living room comfort” to the current office. This space allows employees to unwind and relax, fostering a positive work environment.
Phone Booth/Teaching Booth
To enrich the experience and mood, all in one premise, we set up an area for deep work, private calls or a creative session. This phone booth area impresses with its vibrant vibe. By the superior soundproofing yet multicolored material, APES is confident to claim that the phone booth will increase your productivity by at least 25% than old-style common space.
Pantry
Beside the centralized kitchen is a small yet cozy pantry with all the necessary kitchen utensils. It can accommodate up to 20 people at one time.
Working area
The working areas are meticulously arranged to maximize the utilization of space
In order to save space and maintain an airy environment, we decided to replace the mobile pedestals in metal with a series of solid wooden door cabinets.
The highlight of the work area is in the installation of group-2-desks, in which we design and build the ad-hoc rolling-up-door cabinet under the desk. This complemented part has a crucial role in organizing the massively complex wire system for laptops and electricity and internet connection.
Technical and Environmental Upgrade: A Comprehensive Approach
Beyond the aesthetic transformation, APES undertook a complete overhaul of technical and environmental factors. In this regard, the air conditioning system was upgraded with high capacity and increased fresh air ratios, ensuring compliance with air quality standards.
Overall, APES design made sure to renovate in a synthetic and integrated way, to make sure every single corner and detail of the new office complies the criteria in ESOFT’s core value: we focus on the INNOVATION in design and material selection, CREDIBILITY in space functionalities, OPENNESS in arrange common space, CARE and PASSION in technic and construct aspects, QUALITY in finishing standard.
In the wake of this comprehensive renovation, ESOFT Vietnam's office emerges as a harmonious blend of efficiency, comfort, and innovation. With a renewed energy and spirit, this workspace will undoubtedly inspire the more than 800 members of ESOFT Vietnam, whether working on-site or remotely. APES, through its meticulous design and integration, has not only met the challenge but has elevated ESOFT's workspace to reflect the company's commitment to excellence, adaptability, and people-centric philosophy.
