At this project, APES pursued a Timeless design spirit — a calm and refined space that is not limited by passing trends.
Inspired by the enduring values of natural materials, the space is built around a palette of dark wood, rustic brick, and stone. While wood brings warmth and familiarity, brick creates a raw and distinctive character, while stone brings a sense of solidity, coolness, and strength. When placed together, these seemingly contrasting materials create a balanced overall space — welcoming, refined, and composed, reflecting the spirit of a business operating in the investment sector.
The “heart" of Dwell Realty Vietnam’s office is the reception area — serving not only as a place to welcome clients, but also as a connecting point for every movement and every encounter. In particular, given the nature of the business, which frequently welcomes clients, partners, and investors to the office, the experience from the moment they step into the space becomes an important part of building the company’s image. Every line, material, and open space is designed to create a sense of professionalism and hospitality without being ostentatious.
